Blueberry and Goat Cheese Flatbread

We do a lot of casual entertaining and are always looking for fun, easy new recipes. We came across this beauty on Instagram. This fruit forward appetizer is both sweet and savory making it an ideal appetizer or casual entree.

If you like to pair it with wine consider a youthful Grenache. The earthy notes of the wine would be a delightful pairing.

Blueberry and Goat Cheese Flatbreads
Recipe from Dash of Mandi

Ingredients:
2 Naan Flatbreads
2 Tablespoons olive oil
4-5 ounces crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
A good drizzle of honey
Handful of baby arugula

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
Place naan flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil
Distribute crumbled goat cheese evenly on each naan bread
Top with blueberries and bake for 14-16 minutes, and then broil for 2 minutes.

Cut into slices and enjoy.
