Strawberry Crush Gin and Tonic Cocktail
PUBLISHED ON: 04.18.2026
Summer has officially arrived in Florida, and this easy Strawberry Gin and Tonic is exactly what we are enjoying on the patio. Today in north Florida was 88 degrees, and I do not believe Mother Nature is even trying to be subtle about it. If you are in need of a little sunshine, consider this your warm weather delivery straight from my patio to yours.
And with that… patio cocktail season is officially open.
This one is an absolute standout. Yes, it leans a little bougie with ingredients like Empress Indigo Gin and elderflower liqueur but trust me, it’s worth it. Light, floral, and a little bit magical in the glass, the kind of cocktail that feels like summer.
The best part? It’s surprisingly easy to make. No complicated techniques, no bartender-level skills required just a few good ingredients and a willingness to treat yourself.
Consider this your go-to summer sipper. Cheers to long evenings, warm breezes, and cocktails that make you feel like you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
Enjoy!
