How neat! Fresh carrots. lol…I remember the one time we planted carrots. I think they were 3 inches long and 4 inches in diameter. My hubby said it was because they hit hard ground and couldn't go down so they spread out.
As a child growing up in Korea, I used to steal(God forgive me) carrots from my neighbor farmer's field. There is nothing sweeter, even if you are crunching on some dirt. 🙂 What a sweet photo!
